Pawsitive is an App that helps you find the perfect vet for your animal and specific usecase, so that your animal can get the perfect treatment.
What is Pawsitive?
Pawsitive is an App written in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, that collects data of different vets to find the perfect vet for you pet and specific case
Why did we create Pawstive?
Every member of our group and our professor in 4. Semester has at least one story where we lost a loved one on four legs, because the vet made the wrong decision. We wanted to find a solution for this tragedy - We started to work on Pawsitive and made the first MVP that we pitched to our professor. He was in love at first sight and also a bit touched. He wanted us to finish the App with Mockdata. We did just that and gave the project over to our professor.

Rating View of Pawsitive
The concept is fairly simple. The user looks up the perfect match for his animal, sees the vet, hopefully gets help and fills out this form to rate the vets performance to feed the algorithm in the Back-End.
We not only want to know if the treatment was good or bad, we want to know why. We collect information about factors like diagnosis, communication or taken time.
Some people think it is import to have a trustworthy doctor. If he or she is competent that is a big factor but very much people that come to a vet think it is very important to have the same human baseline too.
Is Pawsitive actually in use?
Not yet... But we have the privilege to have a professor that works a lot on Start-Ups and founds all kinds of them out of student projects. He said he is still working on a solution but won't forget our idea.
